1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ConvictionResearch.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ConvictionResearch.ai.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
ConvictionResearch.ai is a subscription service that provides AI-generated stock research reports for informational and educational purposes. Reports cover selected equity tickers and include technical analysis, fundamental research, news sentiment, risk assessment, and a portfolio manager synthesis. All content is generated by artificial intelligence and does not constitute investment advice. See our Investment Disclaimer for full details.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
ConvictionResearch.ai offers monthly subscription plans at the following tiers:
- Starter — $19/month (3 covered tickers)
- Pro — $49/month (10 covered tickers, 1 custom ticker request)
- Analyst — $99/month (25 covered tickers, 3 custom ticker requests, priority refresh)
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Founding member subscribers who signed up before the public launch date are locked in at their founding price for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the period for which you have already paid.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
5. Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If we cancel your subscription without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. Refunds will not be issued for partial months used, dissatisfaction with report content, or changes to the covered ticker universe.
6. Ticker Coverage
The tickers available for coverage are determined by ConvictionResearch.ai at its sole discretion. We make no guarantee that any specific ticker will be available, remain available, or be covered in any particular reporting cycle. Custom ticker requests are subject to availability and our ability to generate a quality report for that security. We reserve the right to decline any custom ticker request.
Reports are refreshed monthly on a schedule determined by ConvictionResearch.ai. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver reports on time but do not guarantee delivery on any specific date. Service interruptions due to technical issues, data unavailability, or other factors beyond our control do not entitle subscribers to refunds or credits.
7. Intellectual Property
All research reports, content, and materials published by ConvictionResearch.ai are the intellectual property of ConvictionResearch.ai and are protected by copyright law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use reports for your own personal, non-commercial investment research purposes only.
You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or sublicense any report or portion thereof
- Share your account credentials or report access with any third party
- Publish, post, or publicly display report content on any website, social media, newsletter, or other medium
- Use report content to create derivative works or competing services
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws
- Involves market manipulation or any form of securities fraud
- Misrepresents our content as professional investment advice
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Involves the use of automated tools to access or scrape the Service
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVICTIONRESEARCH.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
