ConvictionResearch.ai ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep it minimal by design — we collect only what we need to run the service.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information. We do not build advertising profiles or sell your data to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver research reports and service notifications to your inbox
- Process subscription payments and manage your account
- Send transactional emails (subscription confirmation, billing receipts, report availability)
- Respond to your support requests and questions

We do not use your email address for advertising, share it with marketing partners, or send unsolicited promotional communications unrelated to the Service.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States (us-east-1 region). We use the following AWS services to store and process your data:
- Amazon DynamoDB — stores email addresses and subscription status for the founding member waitlist
- AWS Lambda — processes email submissions and service requests
- Amazon SES — sends transactional emails
- Amazon CloudFront / S3 — delivers site content and research reports
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with the following third parties solely to operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives your billing information directly. We do not store full credit card numbers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Amazon Web Services — cloud infrastructure for all site and service operations. See AWS's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
Email Communications
If you join our founding member list, we will send you emails related to the launch and early access offer. If you subscribe to the Service, we will send you transactional emails about your reports, billing, and account. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Note that we may still send you essential transactional emails (e.g., billing receipts) even after unsubscribing from marketing communications.
Data Retention
We retain your email address and subscription data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 12 months to handle any billing disputes or reactivation requests, after which it is deleted. Founding member waitlist data is retained until the service launches or you request deletion, whichever comes first.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Unsubscribe — opt out of email communications at any time
- Portability — request your data in a portable format

Cookies and Tracking
ConvictionResearch.ai does not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics platforms. Our site uses Amazon CloudFront, which may log basic access information (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance purposes. These logs are retained for 90 days and are not used for advertising or profiling.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
