Note that we may still send you essential transactional emails (e.g., billing receipts) even after unsubscribing from marketing communications.

We retain your email address and subscription data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 12 months to handle any billing disputes or reactivation requests, after which it is deleted. Founding member waitlist data is retained until the service launches or you request deletion, whichever comes first.

These logs are retained for 90 days and are not used for advertising or profiling.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
